Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California in the 9th July 1983. Her first job post-school was working as an estate agent. She was introduced to Tarek Al Moussa, who was in the real estate industry. They were extremely successful until the 2008 stock market crash when many real estate investors and house flippers failed. Due to the financial crisis, Tarek and Christina El Moussa almost lost everything. They were living in a home that cost $6000 per month, and then a house that cost $700 per month. Their company, as well as the economy at large, slowly rebounded. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek asked his close associate to record a HGTV audition film in 2011 that featured him as well as Christina flipping over a house. Pie Town Productions' executives got hold of the tape. They were in love with Tarek and Christina. They signed an official HGTV deal in 2012. Flip of Flop was launched in the month of April 2013. Between 2013 between 2013 and 2017, the series aired 92 episodes over 7 seasons. Christina and Tarek purchased houses in Orange County that were usually mid-income homes. They then spent several weeks renovating the house so they could flip it into a profitable gain. Tarek is more focused on renovating and demolition while Christina is in charge of design.
