Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell (nee Robertson born on 27 March 1970, height 5'9 is an American actor who is famous for her character in the role of Dr. Juliet Burke on ABC's television series Lost and also as FBI Agent Erica Evans on V. She's appeared in films such as The Santa Clause 2 The Santa Clause. Gia. Mitchell is currently on the co-screen in Eric Kripke's show Revolution which airs on NBC. Joseph Day Mitchell, her stepfather, and Josephine Marian Mitchell are both lawyers in Dallas. Mitchell and her mother moved into Dallas Texas in 1970 where her mother got married to Joseph Mitchell in 1975. Mitchell has graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts an all-public magnet school. The eldest sister of Katherine Day Kate Mitchell, Kristina Helen Kristie Mitchell and Kristina H. Kristie Mitchell. In 1991 she graduated of Stephens College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting and she was also enrolled in the British American Drama Academy.Mitchell worked for six years in Dallas Theater Center and a year at the Encore Theater. She is most well-known for acting as the role of Special Agent Emily Prentiss (CBS crime drama Criminal Minds) In June 2010 that Emily Prentiss's part would change during the sixth episode of Criminal Minds.
